Premier TRX training
The TRX is a suspension training workout that we have trained on extensively. Developed by the U.S. Navy SEALS, it is great for all ages and fitness levels. This workout focuses on strengthening, core, and flexibility using your own body as resistance.

We’re not all built to showcase our external “talents.” But for women who are striving to compete with their physique, we can assist in creating your nutrition plan and performance goals while training and encouraging you up through the day of competition.

Endurance
We can help you push it – push it real good! We have trained numerous women who used to sweat just looking at the treadmill and now keep up with the best of us in hour-long Bikini Bootcamp. Let us work with you one-on-one to increase your stamina so you can hang with the fit girls.

Marathon
It’s a long road to 26.2 miles. Whether you’re training for a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, we will work with you to lengthen your stride, increase your strength and minimize your time. See you at the finish line!
