Bikini Bootcamp
(60 minutes)
A high-intensity, muscle-specific class, geared towards the areas that women struggle with the most. This class promotes tight and defined muscles using your own body weight and the incorporation of low weight/high repetition exercises to strategically fatigue the muscles. BCC includes cardio intervals to torch those calories! Perfect for those ladies that are trying to lose weight or tighten up to look smokin’ hot in that bikini!
Tight Tummies
(25 minutes)
This is an abs-only class that targets, tones, and fatigues your abdominal muscles! Our goal with these exercises is to promote a flat and tight stomach that you will be proud to show off!
100% Cardio
(60 minutes)
Be prepared to scorch the calories during this hour of high intensity cardiovascular training. From the treadmill and stair climber to interval training in our 90 heated room, you’ll be sweating til you’re svelt!
Hot Power Lunch
(30 minutes)
We’re gonna make you sweat! Thirty minutes of calisthenics in our 90 degree heated room to get your heart rate up and burn off those calories. Hot and fast – just like lunch should be!
All TRX
(60 minutes)
Using your own body as resistance, these straps designed by Navy SEALS will challenge your muscles into slender and defined shape through suspension training techniques.
TightRide
(45 minutes)
Get ready to spin away those calories! These classes are high energy, fast-paced and tough as nails! We pump the music loud, focus intensely on the workout and when we are finished, we are sweat-drenched and feel great!
Zumba®
(60 minutes)
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
Mat Pilates
(45 minutes)
Mat exercises designed to strengthen your “powerhouse” – core muscles in your abdominals and back, Pilates provides a total body workout without the impact of traditional exercises. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance while you tone and build long, lean muscles without bulking your bodacious body. This practice is also calming for the mind and enhances body awareness. Unroll your mat and indulge.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
(60 minutes)
This is a breath-synchronized movement class where poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath and is done taught in our hot yoga room which is heated between 90 & 95 degrees.
Melissa Matson, Creator/Owner, of Keep It Tight Fitness, located in Cincinnati, OH, instills passion into every aspect of her life. Melissa has built a strong foundation in the principles of both fitness and nutrition.
