Advocare Product Event
Exciting news ladies! We have found nutritional supplementation products that we love here at Keep It Tight Fitness! The name of the products is AdvoCare. The company has been around for 18 years and has many pro-athlete endorsers. It is the brand of choice for many NFL football teams and the US Olympic teams. Drew Brees is the National AdvoCare Spokesperson. AdvoCare makes products for weight loss, improved energy, meal replacement, nutritional health, better sleep, muscle gain, and multi-vitamins for your children also! Anything you need, AdvoCare has. If you are an advocate for your family’s health then you need these products!
We decided to try these products over a period of 1 month before we decided to sell them at our gym. We have been amazed at just how much we love AdvoCare!
We are now incorporating these products into our nutrition sessions at Keep It Tight Fitness.
Ask us how you can benefit from these products and add them to your daily routine for overall improved health and fitness!
Don’t miss our AdvoCare Product Event on November 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

Sports Nutrition 2 Go is one of the only facilities
in the Tristate that has the BOD POD!
Until now, methods of measuring body composition have either been invasive, inaccurate, difficult to perform, or unsuitable for certain populations. The BOD POD has overcome all of these hurdles to offer body composition measurements that are accurate, quick, easy to obtain, and safe.
The BOD POD S/T technology is fundamentally the same as underwater (hydrostatic) weighing, but uses air instead of water. The BOD POD measures the volume of air a person’s body displaces while sitting inside a comfortable chamber, rather than measuring how much water their body displaces when dunked in a tank. By using air instead of water, the BOD POD offers a fast, safe, and easy-to-use tool for measuring body composition, without sacrificing accuracy.
Only by accurately measuring body composition will you learn the amount of fat and lean tissue that makes up your weight, enabling sensible decisions regarding nutrition, sports nutrition and exercise programs. It’s the best way to get the “whole picture” of what’s really going on in your body.
