Q102 Promo: If I Felt Skinny…

Win a 12-week workout program with Q102’s Jenn from Keep It Tight Fitness!

What would you do if you felt skinny?

That’s the question Q102’s Jenn is asking her listeners. Would you wear those skinny jeans that have been hanging in the back of your closet collecting dust? Would you start dating again? Would you go skydiving? Would you strut around in your bikini?

E-mail Jenn your answer at jenn@wkrq.com starting Monday, August 16, through Friday, August 27, to tell her, “If I felt skinny, I would…” and fill in the blanks.

Jenn will select five people to join her to work out at Keep It Tight Fitness, where each participant will receive free workouts with Jenn. Workouts start the day after after labor day on Tuesday, September 7, and continue for 12 weeks…  At the end of the 12-week program, Jenn will help fulfill each participant’s goal!

Nutrition Certification

Keep It Tight Fitness is proud to announce owner Melissa Matson has recently received certification through the International Sports Sciences Assocation (ISSA) as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition.

Possessing a degree in Physical Therapy and years of experience in the fitness industry and great success with personal nutrition, this certification allows Melissa to utilize nutritional science and practice in order to successfully guide clients toward a better body, both inside and out. These nutrition coaching sessions certify trainers to give recommendations and advice to healthy individuals on diet, good nutrition, calorie intake and take girth and body fat measurements. Upon your assessment, if your Specialist finds you to have any medical issues or what appears to be an eating disorder, you will be referred you to a doctor and/or Registered Dietician.

Clients often need a fusion of both nutrition and exercise programming in order to achieve the results they desire. Whether your want to gain muscle, lose fat, or live healthily, the limiting factor usually lies beyond just an exercise training program. Poor nutrition is what holds you back. Good nutrition will feed muscle and shed fat. It’s what will improve nearly every measurable health marker. Good nutrition is what will get your clients the bodies they never thought they could have.

Email Melissa at melissa@keepittightfitness.com or call (513) 683-9200 to schedule your nutrition session.
