Good-4-You Recipe: Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
3/4 cup organic whole wheat instant oatmeal
3/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup blueberries
Mist pan with olive oil spray. Combine all ingredients and pour into small frying pan in pancake form.
When sides start to brown, flip. Pancakes will need approximately 3 minutes on each side. Serve with organic syrup and fresh blueberries.
Makes 3 pancakes per recipe.
Nutrients per ENTIRE recipe (not including syrup): organic syrup adds an additional 250 calories per 1/4 cup.
